The only book you need for self help!

I found this book initially while in the library. After reading it, I decided to buy it. I must admit, this is the single greatest book I have ever read. It truly changed my life and transformed my marriage. If there were more stars I would give it more. This book tackles why we suffer in life and it gives clear methods in overcoming self sabotage and autopilot behaviors.
